SIMFLO, one of the nation's top providers of industrial, municipal, and commercial-use pumps, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist.

Lubbock, Texas-based SIMFLO has been a family-owned and privately held company since 1951, and the company continues to lead the innovation of pump technology that is critical to the communities, commercial enterprises, industrial and agricultural users it serves.
SIMFLO, which operates in three locations in Texas, Arizona, and Mississippi, recently completed construction on its new Engineered Products Facility in Lubbock, Texas, which features one of the largest and most advanced vertical turbine test facilities in North America.
Additionally, the corporate offices will be moving to a new office in downtown Lubbock this summer.

About the Job:
The Marketing Specialist at SIMFLO will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with coordinating and overseeing all marketing initiatives and activities within our organization.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop branded collateral and literature
Assist with marketing programs and campaigns to support strategic objectives
Conducts and analyzes research to provide recommendations on marketing strategies
Develop and distribute marketing materials to all related individuals
Draft and propose communication campaigns in various formats such as social and online media, print media, email marketing, direct mail, etc.
Maintain all company social media accounts with up-to-date campaign information; familiar with photography, video and reel production for social media purposes.
Coordinate company trade shows and events and ensure all materials are availableCoordinate and assist in the planning of company and customer meetings and events
Assist with other marketing initiatives and duties as needed
Essential Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadline
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Understanding of marketing principles and various methods used to promote, display, and communicate company branding
Familiar with various Social Media platforms and strategies
Graphic design skills; proficient with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other related graphic design software as well as WordPress.
Videography experience including shooting and editing, as well as drone experienceQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Business related field preferred
Experience working in a Marketing, Advertising/PR agency, or Communications position preferred
