General Summary:
Our Assistant Director of Center-Based Services works in our beautiful Lakewood Colorado facility, leading clinical excellence, mentoring a strong team, and shaping high-quality, person-centered services. This is a rare leadership opportunity in an organization that prioritizes clinical integrity over billable quotas.
Being fully integrated into an interdisciplinary team that includes RBTs, BCBAs, and RSPs, ensuring collaboration and ongoing support every step of the way is our standard. With a strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and professional growth, we are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to client success and to fostering a safe, supportive environment for both learners and staff.
If you are an experienced BCBA ready to step into (or continue in) a senior leadership role with real work-life balance and no productivity pressure, this position is designed for you.
Schedule:
- In Person Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- 1 work from home day bi-weekly
What Makes This Role Different:
- Small manageable caseload of 3-4 clients
- Up to fourteen (14) days of vacation in your first year of employment and increases with tenure.

Essential Needs:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
