    About the Job

    At University of North Carolina - Health REX Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team on a 12-week travel assignment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a top-notch healthcare institution and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients in accordance with prescribed treatment plans and protocols.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
    • Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, including dosimetry and treatment delivery data.
    • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.

    Requirements

    • Radiation Therapy Certification or equivalent experience.
    • Ability to maintain licensure and certification in relevant state(s).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
    • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
