Seeking a dedicated and experienced

Client Advocate

to join our client in the Mortgagee industry for a

remote opportunity

You will be responsible for maintaining client focus, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. This

$24-$34/Hour based on experience


Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email, following company standards.
Take ownership of client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
Provide regular status updates to clients throughout the process.
Conduct outbound calls as needed for communication.
Respond to inbound client communications promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with SMEs to resolve issues and document interactions.
Demonstrate expertise in mortgage processes and SLAs.
Analyze documents and regulations and write clear emails.
Present information to various stakeholders effectively.
Follow instructions, solve problems, and perform calculations accurately.
Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to company policies.
Complete assigned duties effectively and efficiently.


Requirements:
Associates or 4-year college degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience in mortgage processing.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Proficiency in using computer systems.
Ability to deliver effective results and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Self-starter with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with clients, investors, and co-workers.
Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
Professional demeanor in appearance, work ethic, and attitude.
Willingness to offer ideas for process improvement.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
