    Headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colo., the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA) is a non- profit, 501 (c)(3) organization in its 41st year of promoting the game of baseball, raising money for local charities and serving the unique needs of former players. Legends Memorabilia Collection (LMC) is a for-profit subsidiary of the MLBPAA operating in all relatable baseball spaces to generate revenue individually and collectively for former and current major league players.

    Legends Memorabilia Collection (LMC) is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, team oriented individual to assist the Stadium Auction Program in memorabilia sales, day-to-day operations, and inventory management. This position will provide a well-rounded work experience for applicants interested in sales and management.

    This opportunity requires you to sell autographed memorabilia during Los Angeles Angels home games. Applicants must live in Anaheim or the surrounding area during the course of this position. Training will be mandatory.

    Start Date: May 9th, 2024End Date: October-NovemberCompensation: $200 per game plus bonuses if sales goals are met

    Responsibilities
    • Execute stadium auction sales during Angel home games.
    • Set up and tear down memorabilia booth and tables.
    • Demonstrate attention to detail when organizing memorabilia set up.
    • Meet or exceed expected sales goals.
    • Provide excellent customer service in order to secure potential customers, retain recurring customers and maintain client relationships.
    • Ability to select memorabilia for auctions based on sales forecasts and projections.
    • Assist with the management and organization of inventory of all product at location.
    • Fulfill auction and online sales orders in a timely manner.
    • Utilize Excel and POS system.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
    Breakdown of Duties
    • 75% - Stadium auction sales
    • 15% - Stadium auction prep work (selecting memorabilia, preparing bid sheets, etc...)
    • 5% - Order processing and shipping support for all departments
    • 5% - Inventory management and organization
    Job Types: Part-time, ContractSalary: $200.00 per daySchedule:
    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends as needed
