We are a full-service tax and accounting firm located in Park City, Utah seeking a strong Senior Tax Manager to lead our tax practice.

We are looking for a full-time, fully committed individual, ready to grow with our firm and interested in becoming a partner in our practice.

You should possess a high level of organization, be a self-starter, and able to work with minimal supervision. You must have a great attitude and be a model example to our other staff and team members.

The ideal candidate will have a broad background in all areas of tax, including partnership, S-corporations, C-corporations, trusts, and individual taxation.

Ability to process business and personal tax returns from start to finish
Strong knowledge of current federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Ability to communicate planning guidance and advice to clients
Ability to research complex tax issues and tax planning strategies
Effectively review tax returns prepared by others
Bachelor's degree in accounting/tax
Previous Public Accounting experience, with a minimum of 5 years tax preparation experience
Ultra Tax and Thomson Reuters Suite experience preferred
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with limited supervision
Strong administrative organization skills
Preference will be given to on-site candidate though hybrid or remote work is an option
