    Summary of Position
    To assist the Associate Dean and Dean, Adult and Workforce Education including supporting Service Area Campus in all student services support function within the supporting area.
    Education and Experience
    High School diploma or GED required AND four years wage earning clerical experience, or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school or (30 Credits) and one year wage earning clerical experience.
    A copy of certificates and/or college transcripts required with application for evaluation purposes.
    Knowledge Skills and Ability
    • Must have the capability of exercising independent judgment, discretion, and perform well under general supervision.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including email
    • Ability to pull reports and analyze data with high degree of accuracy
    • Must have clear written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and set priorities
    Essential Functions

    • Provide general administrative support to the Dean, Adult and Workforce Education; supporting the Service Area Campus, Adult Education to include: answering telephone calls, filing and maintain office materials and records, personnel status forms, prepare materials and supplies for distribution to the sites.

    • Copying, faxing, processing mail, ordering equipment and supplies, assisting with the preparation and update of reports, surveys and publications.

    • Inventory office equipment and supplies.

    • Prepare travel documents and requisitions as needed.

    • Assist with semester schedule development.

    • Assist and collaborate with the development and maintenance of the service area annual budget and prepare requisitions.

    • Run and interpret enrollment reports and enter data.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.
