    Globe Life Marketing Services is seeking to fill a Production Manager of Customer Communications role for their busy Customer Communications department located in Oklahoma City.

    Job Summary

    The Production Manager of Customer Communications oversees the programming and production of personalized print on an enterprise level. This position has direct reports and manages their day-to-day tasks. This position needs to be well-versed in the use of CCM software. This position also supports Senior Management by communicating with multiple departments and coordinating requests and approvals. The ability to multi-task while maintaining a high attention to detail is crucial to be successful in this position.


    Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
    Coordinate and manage the production assurance workflow for all customer communications (including billing) on an enterprise level

    Manage teams of direct reports

    Understand and manage the development of laser printer and inkjet press imaging files using CCM software

    Oversee the accuracy validation of production processing for all jobs and the distribution of outputs

    Manage the coordination of special processing and testing with multiple departments across the enterprise

    Manage multiple systems with regular critical deadlines

    Oversee the proofreading of imaging files

    Cross-function collaboration with various sales and administration departments

    Other duties as assigned by Management

    Required Skills

    Excellent organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills

    Must be comfortable working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects, working with speed and accuracy

    Able to adapt to quick changes and tight deadlines

    Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills

    Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, & disciplined

    Required Experience


    Education & Work Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable work experience

    Computer programming skills a plus

    Document layout design experience a plus

    2-5 experience using CCM software

    Experience in process improvement or pre-production testing
