- Collecting relevant information about the patient and procedure to provide the appropriate imaging
- Performing General and Vascular Ultrasound examinations using professional judgement
- Knowing exactly how all of the ultrasound equipment works and interfaces
- Determining appropriate use of shielding devices and other accessories
- Monitoring the patient's physical and mental state during the procedure to ensure he/she is comfortable
- Evaluating ultrasound images for technical quality and producing additional images as needed
- Performing and documenting quality assurance activities to ensure all equipment is operating as intended

We're currently looking for an exceptional Vascular and Echo Ultrasound Technologist just like YOU to help us change the way healthcare is being delivered across the WORLD.
The ideal candidate for this role is detail oriented, puts patient care first, and fully understands exactly what a crucial role diagnostic imaging plays in patient care . Under the supervision of the Practice Manager, you will provide clear diagnostic imaging, using your technical expertise and discretion to get the complete study needed to evaluate the patient's current health status. This is done by collecting pertinent patient information, capturing imaging studies to meet appropriate criteria for diagnostic purposes, and evaluating all captured studies to ensure imaging set is complete before sending for analysis. This position will float between all four of our offices in Metro-Detroit to provide the best care possible to our highest value patients.
