- Assess and treat students with speech, language, articulation, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote effective communication strategies and integration of therapy goals with educational objectives.
- Keep thorough records of student progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Indiana state SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is an advantage, though not strictly required.
