- 5+ years of experience in HR.
- Experince operating over 600+ employees over multiple sites.
- Experience handling non-exempt employees.
- Proficiency in project management and employee relations.
- Serve as a dynamic liaison between managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with strategic business and HR principles.
- Empower managers and their teams through mentorship and collaborative efforts, fostering a culture of excellence and perpetual growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously evaluate team performance and craft action plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Provide guidance and support in navigating employee relations challenges, conducting coaching and counseling sessions as needed.
- Oversee the implementation of diverse human capital initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement and fostering team engagement.
- Collaborate with various HR teams including Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to spearhead initiatives that enhance organizational dynamics.
- Act as the primary resource for safety and workers' compensation matters, managing incident reports and ensuring policy compliance.
- Champion company culture and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives to foster thriving workplace environments.

- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
