- In depth understanding of Endevor as SCM and deployment tool
- In depth understanding of the IBM Z DevOps portfolio including Urban Code Deploy, IBM IDz, IBM Deploy, GitHUB. IBM DBB
- Experience in Groovy scripting
- Prior experience in Mainframe modernization
- Will be responsible for leading the migration of application from CA Endevor to IBM tool set mentioned above.
- Will be responsible for employing technical expertise to ensure smooth execution of the migration.
- Will be responsible for collaborating with various stake holders to resolve issues and roadblocks.
- Will be responsible for the creation, execution and testing of groovy scripts for the compilation and deployment of code in Mainframe.
- Will be responsible for the creation, execution and testing of scripts for the extraction of code from CA Endevor and migrate it to Git.
- Will be responsible for training user on the tools usage such as IBM IDZ, Git, IBM DBB etc.
- Will be responsible for user migration from CA Endevor to Git.
- Should be able to work with other vendors and device strategy/approach for migration, testing, execution and validation."
