- 3-5 years experience in human resources or a related field.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google sheets.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS database.
- PHR or SHRM-CP, preferred.
