Job summary
Manage the day-to-day activities of a fast-paced production operation. Ensure that tasks and processes are safe. Work closely with the CNC programming department to ensure proper tools and fixtures are available in time to meet the schedule.Work to satisfy the downstream customer i.e., Assembly by constant communication.
Responsibilities
- Audit production performance and utilization, provide feedback to employees.
- Cross-train the work force to manage production fluctuations.
- Monitor Scrap and re-work and develop Corrective Actions.
