    Job Description Salary:

    LifeLens Technologies, Inc. is a medical device developer located in beautiful Bucks County, PA. We are pioneering innovative next-generation treatment devices for personal health monitoring.

    This is a full-time, on-site position.

    Essential Functions
    Manufacturing automation and process development
    Manufacturing process implementation
    Assist with mechanical product development vis SolidWorks 3D modeling and AutoCAD
    Assist with facility operations, such as running pneumatic lines and setting up equipment
    Change control of 3D models and technical drawings using the CCO system
    Assist with design of R&D and manufacturing fixtures using SolidWorks 3D and AutoCad
    Entry of GMP materials into the ASM database and placement of materials into appropriate areas
    Utilize and maintain 3D printers
    Utilize and maintain UV printers
    Operate Vapor Phase Oven, DEK Printer, Siplace, and ASM equipment

    Competencies
    Must be a versatile, self-starter
    Must be detail-oriented
    Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles
    Problem-solving/Analysis
    Experience with one or more SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and/or CCO system
    Matlab experience

    Required Education and Experience
    BSc. or MSc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
    5 to 10 years of related work experience
    Or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

    Physical Demands
    An ability to lift 50 lbs

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.

    Fine motor skills are required.
