Job Title: Locksmith Technician
Department: Mechanical
Locations: Orlando, FL
Reports to: Operation Manager
Position Summary: This position is full-time (overtime as needed) and demands an individual who can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Our organization has served the Central Florida area since 1929. Our mission is to offer high-quality security products and top-of-the-line customer service.

Participate in organized weekly planning meetings.
Commercial and residential locksmith work.
Working knowledge of computers, tablets, and smart phone devices.
Manages time and meets time sensitive deadlines.
Learn about our products and services and provide detailed reports and project updates.
Maintains and submits accurate paperwork and documentation.
Always provide excellent customer service.
Works independently or within a team on daily tasks and projects.
Utilize Web base ERP to process requisitions, estimates, work orders, and invoices.
Employees are responsible for providing their own hand tools; specialty tools will be provided.
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
4+ years of commercial locksmith experience.
Master keying, impressions, and basic mechanical knowledge.
Working knowledge of computers, tablets, and smart phone devices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Clean background check, driving record, and able to pass a drug test.
Willingness to follow rotational on-call schedule for days, nights, and weekends.
Ability to lift/ maneuver 80lbs.
Ability to take direction and follow through to find a resolution.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and demonstrate organizational skills.
Project a professional image in all customer interactions
Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office Suite software
Office environment
