- Supervising and training department staff
- Approving vendor payments and monitoring expenditures
- Managing and overseeing treasury functions
- Leading month-end closing process
- Preparing monthly financial reports
- Analyzing financial data and providing operational support
- Managing year-end audits and tax preparation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 7 years' accounting and finance experience
- Experience in staff supervision or team management
- Preferred experience with NetSuite
- Understanding of GAAP requirements and accrual accounting
- CPA certification is a plus
