Grants Pass, OR
Full Time; Temp-To-Hire

Daily Workflow:
» Oversee and manage all aspects of landscape installation projects
» Communicate effectively with clients and team members
» Perform plant identification, pruning, irrigation, grading, drainage, planting, pavers, retaining walls, lighting, and water feature installations
» Operate heavy machinery, trailers, and large trucks as needed
» Lead and work as a team and have initiative to be able to work independently.
» Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all work is done to code
We're Seeking (skills, education, and screenings):
» 10+ years of experience in the landscape industry (Required)
» Previous sales experience is a plus
» Proficient in deciphering blueprints
» Experience with both residential & commercial landscape construction
» Ability to manage and communicate effectively with employees and onsite contacts
» Experience in plant identification of Northwest annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, and ground covers, and how to keep them healthy
» Experience with pruning, irrigation, grading, drainage, planting, pavers, retaining walls, lighting, & water features
» Ability to operate heavy machinery, trailers, and large trucks
» Conscientious, hard-working person who is organized and possesses supervisory and interpersonal skills.
» Ability to maneuver up to 50 pounds.
» Must be physically fit and able to endure various outside environmental conditions.
» Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
» Must have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
» Must be able to pass a drug test (THC ok) and a DMV check.
Schedule:
» Monday – Thursday 7 am - 5:30 pm Exact schedule to be arranged with employer.
