Job Description:
At Learn N' Play Care, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Childcare Lead Teacher for our Toddler Room. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and enriching experience for children in our care. In this position, you will create a safe and nurturing environment for infants to learn and grow. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Build positive and supportive relationships with children and their families
- Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and engaging curriculum
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, compassionate, and nurturing attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

Pay
$14.00 to $20.00 per hour
