Summary:

CNAC, Byrider's exclusive lender, is seeking an Assistant Branch Finance Manager to join its team in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections, customer retention, management, or lending and be able to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Collections account management
• Underwriting/credit decisions
• Loss prevention
• Loan closings
• Processing retail installment contracts/paperwork
• Superior customer service
• Compliance

Qualifications:

• Collections, customer retention, management, or lending experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Flexible and able to adapt
