- Master's degree from a program in clinical and behavioral areas and training in assessment techniques and behavioral supports plan development, as well as, knowledge of ABA programs.
- Five years' experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, including those dually diagnosed.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, ability to engage staff.
- Excellent data analysis and presentation skills and proficiency with relevant software.
- Administer and interpret the clients' cognitive, social/motivational and adaptive living skills.
- Responsible for accurate data collection and summaries.
- Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team process.
- Assist the Applied Behavior Science Specialists in program development.
- Collaborate with the psychiatrists in monitoring psychotropic medications effects in conjunction with replacement behaviors and fading plans as applicable.
- Supervise and train milieu staff and managers in the implementation of behavior support plans and instruction goals/valued outcomes.

Mishkon Division provides supports and services in a health and safe environment for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities living in residential programs and in community settings.
