    Description

    Gannett Fleming is excited to welcome a new team member to fill the role of a Roadway Paving Projects Construction Inspector in Connecticut. Join us in the mission to ensure the successful completion of projects that improve transportation infrastructure and provide safer journeys for residents.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with project leaders
    • Conduct daily inspections of construction work
    • Prepare reports and quantity calculations

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or NICET Certification
    • Certifications in ACI, NETTCP CI, NETTCP HMAPI, and ATSSA-TCS preferred
    • 2-5 years of experience in CONNDOT paving projects
    • Experience in pavement preservation projects
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record
    • Capability to work outdoors and climb bridge superstructures
    • Ability to work independently with efficiency
    • Flexibility for travel and varied working hours

    Employment Status: Full-Time

    Salary Range: $38.00 per hour; Salary varies based on experience and location
