    Compensation:
    $140K to $160K plus bonus

    As they continue to grow and expand their services, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Finance to join our team in Fullerton, CA.


    Position Overview:


    As the Senior Manager of Finance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our healthcare company.

    This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in end-to-end budgeting and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

    You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, financial forecasting, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership.


    Responsibilities:

    Budgeting and Forecasting:
    Lead the development of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with department heads and senior leadership.
    Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    Provide timely and accurate financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

    Financial Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including revenue analysis, cost analysis, and variance analysis.
    Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the healthcare industry and translate findings into actionable insights for the organization.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investments.

    Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including healthcare regulations and financial reporting standards.
    Evaluate financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the financial health of the organization.
    Maintain a strong internal control environment and oversee internal and external audits as necessary.

    Strategic Planning:
    Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans that support the company's growth objectives.
    Assess the financial feasibility of strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and partnerships, providing financial analysis and recommendations.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, systems, and controls.

    Team Leadership and Development:
    Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
    Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
    Foster a positive work environment that values diversity, inclusion, and innovation.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
    Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
    Extensive experience in end-to-end budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.
    Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, and regulatory requirements.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
    Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial management systems.
    Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
    Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
