    Overview:


    We are looking for a qualified candidate who must have experience in supporting end user applications as well as account management.

    The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities and must be able to track issues from start to closeout.

    Some experience with security and responsible for provisioning user access and will be trained.

    Major responsibilities include -Monitor and operate Government customer's ticketing system and Access Management System
    Able to create user accounts, delete user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory
    Review and validate access requests for multiple systems
    Perform actions to setup user access for approved requests in multiple systems
    Serve as point of escalation for all issues, and as liaison to the project's team
    Ability to prioritize multiple priorities effectively, excellent time management & organization skills
    Ability to work unsupervised, perform well under pressure and adapt to a changing environment
    Must be flexible to perform hands-on tasks that are necessary to insure SLA requirements
    Must have excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
