    Info-Matrix Corporation is currently seeking a Business Development Professional to join our team

    POSITION SUMMARY:
    We are a dynamic Information Technology Services company requiring a full-time Business Development Professional to support our local and state government practice and continue the outreach to our commercial practice. Our growth has enabled us to expand our focus from serving local businesses to state and federal government projects.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Learn and take on tasks from Director, Business Development to learn State Government procedures and processes.
    • Provide support and learn our RFP process which will lead to future opportunities.
    • Actively prospect which includes cold calling/emailing and networking to find prospective clients and qualifying potential opportunities with our company provided list.
    • On a weekly basis, track and report on leads and other progress towards achieving quarterly goals.
    • Attend professional associations and networking functions to develop a deep network of contacts in the region, online and in person.
    • Collaborate with our Marketing Team (as directed) to coordinate and/or sponsor networking, branding and other events.
    • Maintain all activity, client meetings and opportunity data in our CRM platform.
    • Support preparation of RFP's and proposals with assistance from our Proposal Manager.
    • Collaborate with our Recruiting Team, as necessary, to interview potential candidates to be submitted to our clients. Initially this directive will be supported by the Director, Business Development.
    • Possess or learn a strong understanding of IT Staff Augmentation and Project-based services.
    • Execute sales objectives and manage client accounts as you build your book of business.
    • Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with Team Leaders, Managers and Executives.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Unwavering integrity and ethics.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
    • Three to five years of previous experience in sales.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
      • Experience of independently closing individual accounts with revenues of over $200K.
      • Experience of average deal size of at least $50K.
    • Experience managing and directing the entire sales cycle from beginning to close.
    • Experience with Staff Augmentation / Staffing / Recruiting or IT services is preferred.
    • Excellent understanding of RFP's contracting terms and process.
    • Experience delivering and negotiating proposals and successfully closing deals.
    • Sufficient technical skills required to understand and propose services or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
    • Superior written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Willingness and ability to travel to client/prospect meetings, events, etc. throughout the region.
    • Regionally based with the ability to be in the Camp Hill, PA office for the full day on Monday's.
    • Self-motivated and self-directed.
    • Goal-oriented and an organized team player.
    • Abide by all non-compete/solicitation agreements.
    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication skills .
    • Experience with solutions-based business to business (B2B) and/or government sales.
    • Experience in selling ideas to prospects either in the B2B world and/or answering Request for Quotes (RFQ's) in the state / federal markets.
    • Hold a proven track record of opening doors for business opportunities that will enable Info-Matrix to continue to grow and expand.
    • The selected candidate must be willing to learn and take guidance for the first two quarters from the Director, Business Development (50% of the time) and the other 50% will be expected to be reaching out to the commercial companies in the local market with assistance and guidance from the team.
