UMMARY
As an Application Support Specialist, you will work closely with
PDScustomers and staff to provide support on a variety of topics including the analyzing customer issues, working with
PDStechnical staff, participating in developing and delivering departmental training curriculum, and participating in product review meetings.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outstanding quality customer support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, thorough and timely response to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1-3 years' experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Benefits Compensation.
