    Description

    Sales Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement an effective sales strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
    This includes setting sales targets, forecasting sales volumes, and developing sales plans and budgets

    Team Management:
    Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
    Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to motivate and empower the sales team members to achieve their individual and team targets
    All positions will be remote and require semi annual trips to Headquarters in Europe

    Sales Performance Monitoring:

    Track and analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.

    Regularly review sales reports and dashboards to assess progress and make data-driven decisions

    Sales Process Optimization:
    Continuously review and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    Identify bottlenecks or areas of improvement in the sales funnel and implement strategies to streamline the process and enhance customer experience

    Sales Forecasting and Planning:
    Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to develop accurate sales forecasts and plans
    Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers

    Customer Relationship Management:
    Foster and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners
    Participate in sales meetings, negotiations, and presentations to major customers
    Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase customer loyalty

    Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
    Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape
    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and stay ahead of the competition

    Sales Training and Development:
    Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to the sales team
    Equip them with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills to enhance their performance and meet sales targets

    Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
    Prepare and manage the sales department's budget
    Allocate resources effectively to optimize sales operations and maximize return on investment (ROI)

    Reporting and Communication:
