ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy in partnership with management
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
Assess staff training needs and/or professional development options and recommend, develop, apply, and monitor training programs
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and create compensation strategies for all employees based on market research and pay surveys
Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure the payroll and benefits processes are accurate and efficient
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of proven work experience as an HR Manager
Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Industrial/Labor Relations, or a related field desired
PHR, SPHR or other professional HR certification is preferred
Knowledge of HR Systems or Databases
familiarity with Paychex is preferred
