    Clinical Educator - RN

    Location: New Mexico (Greater Albuquerque Northern Region)
    Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
    Reports to: Chief Nursing Officer

    Compensation:

    • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
    • $25,000.00 signing bonus
    • $1,000.00 monthly housing allowance for up to 12 months upon relocation


    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Educator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bedside patient care nursing, with at least five recent years of experience in a hospital setting. The Clinical Educator will be responsible for providing education and training to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver educational programs and materials for nursing staff
    • Maintain instructor status in BLS and at least two of the following: ACLS, PALS, NRP, or AWHONN
    • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in nursing education and technology
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

    Qualifications:

    • Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree preferred
    • Minimum of five years of recent bedside patient care nursing experience in a hospital setting
    • Maintains instructor status in BLS and at least two of ACLS, PALS, NRP, or AWHONN
    • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities
