    Job Description:

    The Intake Specialist plays a vital role in the process of onboarding potential clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet with potential clients to communicate the firm's unique value proposition, services, and benefits.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through exceptional customer service, empathy, and addressing concerns.
    • Review client information and sign up new clients while highlighting the benefits of working with the firm.
    • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants for a smooth transition of newly onboarded clients.
    • Provide accurate client information for efficient case management.
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and activities in the firm's CRM system.
    • Provide regular updates to management on performance and ensure proper system use.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Fully bilingual- Spanish & English
    • At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in an immigration law firm
    • Strong persuasive communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
    • Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed targets and business objectives
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and activity tracking tools
