Your expertise will help clients achieve their desired look while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Stay updated on current nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative solutions
• Upsell additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
• Manage retail sales of nail care products and other beauty items by applying retail math skills for effective upselling
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews

Skills

• Deep understanding of color theory to create visually appealing nail designs
• Proficiency in various nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, and nail art design
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures to ensure client safety
• Experience with cosmetology practices related to hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, and barbering is a plus
• Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, or other advanced skin care procedures is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clients
• Retail sales expertise combined with upselling techniques to maximize service revenue
• Familiarity with retail math for inventory management and sales optimization
