    We are looking for an experienced, full time Audiologist to join our amazing team of mission-driven individuals, helping us to disrupt the hearing aid industry, while keeping the customer in the forefront.


    Locations:
    San Antonio, TX. This position may work out of multiple clinics & facilities in the area .

    Who You Are


    A forward-thinking, empathetic, Audiologist with a Texas license with a devotion to quality customer service and a passion for helping others hear.


    Must have an active Texas Audiology License (or the ability to apply for one immediately) and hold a Masters or Doctorate of Audiology from an accredited university.

    At least 1-3 years of experience in a clinic. Experience working with veterans and/or a diverse patient population is a big plus.

    Responsibilities

    VA Clinic (2-4 days / week):

    • Conducting hearing tests screenings
    • Completing a disability form and other clinic paperwork/reports
    • Conducting - 9 appointments per day
    • Providing top-end customer service and clinic service to patients

    From Home days / week):

    • Telehealth appointments with customers via Zoom (as scheduled)
    • Complete paperwork from in-office clinic appointments
    • Reviewing hearing tests to provide a clinic judgment on results
    • Work with our business development & marketing teams to drive customer acquisition
    Potential for 4 day work week depending on clinic schedules

    Benefits:

    Compensation Range:
    $100,000 - $120,000 per year for Full Time or $70-90/hr for part time
