Anticipated call coverage is 1:2, likely limited to weekdays, fostering a favorable work-life balance for our providers.

The majority of ENT procedures will be performed in the multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), with the potential for share ownership, offering a collaborative and entrepreneurial aspect to the practice.
