Job summary
The Facilities Technician will be responsible for general building repairs and property maintenance including minor plumbing electrical and carpentry repairs. Provides preventative maintenance and safe operation to all WDDS facilities.Performs exterior building and grounds maintenance including landscaping snow removal completes installation of household appliances inspection of properties on a regular basis.
- Performing basic repairs preventative maintenance construction on buildings systems components
- Troubleshooting issues with lighting HVAC systems plumbing
- Diagnosing troubleshooting maintenance issues
- Performing minor equipment refinishing preparation equipment repair li>Maintaining cleaning sound safety housekeeping practices li>Maintaining cleaning environments eiMaintaining office equipment good condition testing checking defective components parts
- Maintaining up-to-date inventory equipment
- Recording supplies materials carrying moving delivering supplies equipmenetlHandling emergency requests cleaning services
