    • Managerial Experience: At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
    • Credentials: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus.
    • Bi-lingual proficiency: Fluency in Spanish preferred.
    • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills are essential to excel in this role.
    • Interpersonal Savvy: Navigate complex situations with finesse, resolving conflicts and fostering positive relationships.
    • Analytical Mindset: Dive into data to inform strategic decisions and problem-solving.
