    is immediately hiring a Full Time Sales and Marketing Manager. This is a Full Time position working from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

    What You'll Do


    As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will carry out our Mission of Love by coordinating and implementing a comprehensive sale and marketing program with emphasis on maximum occupancy levels for the Masonic Village at Dallas and working collaboratively with the management team for overall optimal efficiencies.

    Our Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for the following:

    Pro-actively identifying and implementing effective strategies to enhance the financial performance of the department and organization.
    Developing, implementing and following a responsible budget that allows for future planning and development.
    Reviewing departmental needs and submitting capital expenditures to support those needs.
    Monitoring productivity and implementing procedures for corrective action if required.
    Maintaining departmental cost containment measures or enhancing departmental revenues.

    Effectively administering all the policies, process and procedures of the Masonic Villages, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and accrediting standards.

    Researching, identifying and incorporating best practices, not only from within the Masonic organization, but also from other facilities as organizational and departmental benchmarks where appropriate.

    Proactivity in recruitment and the interview/selection process involving staff and others.
    Providing coaching and positive feedback to employees to enhance their accomplishments within the department and organization.
    Assessing and responding appropriately to issues of employee performance and behavior to build and positively enhance employee morale.

    What You Have

    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or Human Services.
    The ability to effectively present programs in both written and oral form to potential clients.

    Knowledge of media marketing communication techniques including, but not limited to, select personal mailings and select mass media publications and outlets.

    Knowledge of basic business financial transactions and related documents.
    Experience in real estate transactions would be beneficial
    Equivalent combination of training and experience.
