Job summary
The Junior Recruiter will support company-wide talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates for a broad range of roles. Based in our Alpharetta Headquarters this in-office position is growth-oriented and designed for someone eager to develop strong recruiting skills while also providing essential administrative support to the recruiting function.Responsibilities
- Support the Human Resources Team by assisting with all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop candidate profiles for open positions under the direction of the Senior Recruiter.
- Publish job openings on approved platforms including the company website and social media channels.
