Job summary:
The Facilities Maintenance Tech will perform maintenance repairs diagnose and install plumbing electrical pneumatic electronic refrigeration and HVAC systems.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on CCC mechanical systems; to include but not limited to lubricating motors changing filters checking for damage chemical treating systems monitoring computer systems.
- Clean monitor repair and diagnose heating systems; calibrate gas and electronic fired boilers maintain and verify proper gas pressure water temperature maintain proper water flow program thermostat electronic control.
