Job DescriptionBenefits:We're looking for lifeguards to work at Private Events throughout Santa Cruz County. Private Events may include backyard pool parties, private rentals of a local pool/pool facility, corporate parties, and any other circumstance where lifeguards may be needed.
We are an E-Verify participating employer. Upon hire, applicants may be subject to a background check and/or drug test per facility requirements.
BONUSES:
Ideal applicants are self-motivated, have at least 1 year of lifeguarding experience, and have access to reliable transportation. All Private Event Lifeguards are responsible for providing their own equipment and transportation unless otherwise specified. Necessary equipment includes a lifeguard rescue tube, CPR face mask/seal easy, First Aid kit, swimsuit, sunglasses, etc.
*Need certifications? We offer 50% reimbursement on all certification courses after 45 days or 1 season of employment (minimum 1 shift weekly).
Starting pay is $40+ hourly based on experience and certification.
