We have the opportunity to bring on an apartment maintenance make ready technicianat the following locations:
Richmond area Communities

• West End/HenricoWe value great employees We are committed to promoting from within and will provide training for those who wish to grow with usWorking hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday
• Friday.

This position requires participating in an emergency on-call rotation with your teammates.

Ideal candidates should have at least 1-2 years for make ready technicians including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance & carpentry.

CFC/EPA Certification to handle refrigerant and hands-on HVAC repair experience is preferred for make ready technicians but will provide training for certification.

Reliable transportation required. A background check will be conducted.
