- Daily Patient Volume: 45
- 10 calls per month
- Support Staff: Anesthesia Techs, CRNAs, and MDs
- EMR: Medaxion
- Care Team Model: 1:1 cardiac cases, 1:2-1:3 all other cases
- Case Types: all including cardiac and structure hearts, no peds or transplants
- OR's: 7 general, 1 trauma, 2 cardiac, 2 EP rooms, 1 biplane room, 11 bronch rooms, 2 endo rooms, 2 c-section rooms in L&D
- Able to do both work in a supervisory only capacity and work own cases
- Practice Setting: hospital
- Patient Ages: adult
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
