    Soliant Education, a leading education staffing pany, is seeking qualified Special Education Teachers for multiple openings in the greater Minneapolis, MN area.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
    • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure effective inclusion.
    • Monitor and assess student progress, making necessary adjustments to IEPs as required.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and pliance.
    • municate regularly with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student development.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
    • Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License.
    • Previous experience working with students with special needs.
    • Strong munication and organizational skills.

    Pay structure/Benefits:
    Flexible hours.
    401k with employer match available.
    Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental available)
    Weekly pay, every Friday.
    Negotiablehourly rate will be determined based on experience of applicant.
    Hourly rate range

    • Entry-Level: $30 - $35 per hour
    • Mid-Level: $35- $40 per hour
    • Senior-Level: $40 - $50+ per hour
