    Mission for LPN/CMA - Urology

    As an LPN/CMA, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, as well as have the opportunity to form connections and make a direct, positive impact on our patients and team members. This role performs a variety of professional nursing skills that provide and enhance patient care. The Clinic Specialist LPN/CMA assists the Urology Team with the implementation and coordination of patient care. The primary duty of the Clinic Specialist LPN/CMA is to support Lakewood Health System's Urology provider and patients.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Tasks assigned will include but are not limited to: room preparation, completing the rooming process with the patient, assisting the provider with patient care, placement and removal of casts, completing documentation within EPIC system, in-basket and phone support to the Urology Care Team with the flexibility of floating when needed within the Specialty Care Team to provide coverage/support.

    Full-time

    64-80 hours every two weeks (per pay period)

    Monday through Friday
    Qualifications

    Qualifications
  • Current MN LPN Licensure or Medical Assistant Certification
  • Current BLS certification

    Ideal Candidate
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and typing skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Previous Clinical and EPIC EHR experience
