- Assume full ownership of projects from handover to completion.
- Monitor construction status, attend job site meetings, and generate reports for production scheduling.
- Review project drawings and stay informed of design changes/revisions.
- Create and communicate project schedules effectively.
- Verify site conditions and report deficiencies to the General Contractor to avoid delays.
- Manage subcontractors by providing necessary drawings, ordering materials, and inspecting installations.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and review invoices for accuracy.
- Ensure work complies with service standards, project requirements, and regulatory criteria.
- Conduct site visits for service calls related to curtain wall issues.
- Perform other duties as required by the division manager.
- 5+ years commercial construction project management experience.
- Ability to read architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of window wall systems in an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software.
- Strong knowledge of construction and scheduling.
- Advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
