    Construction Project Manager - Commercial

    Our client, a leading manufacturer and installer of architectural window wall systems is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Washington DC.

    This position oversees workflow and project performance while ensuring a safe working environment.

    Job Type: Full-time.
    Salary: $80, $100,000.00 per year + bonus & benefits.
    Schedule: Monday to Friday.
    Work Location: Washington DC.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assume full ownership of projects from handover to completion.
    • Monitor construction status, attend job site meetings, and generate reports for production scheduling.
    • Review project drawings and stay informed of design changes/revisions.
    • Create and communicate project schedules effectively.
    • Verify site conditions and report deficiencies to the General Contractor to avoid delays.
    • Manage subcontractors by providing necessary drawings, ordering materials, and inspecting installations.
    • Monitor subcontractor performance and review invoices for accuracy.
    • Ensure work complies with service standards, project requirements, and regulatory criteria.
    • Conduct site visits for service calls related to curtain wall issues.
    • Perform other duties as required by the division manager.
    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years commercial construction project management experience.
    • Ability to read architectural drawings.
    • Knowledge of window wall systems in an asset.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software.
    • Strong knowledge of construction and scheduling.
    • Advanced time management and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
