    The kind of person we're looking for:
    An organized, process-oriented person who can communicate clearly with many different stakeholders in the organization. The Resource Manager is detail-oriented and will develop a deep understanding of team skillsets and appropriate tools.
    In this role, you are an important gatekeeper who plans the staffing of Implementations professionals on specific client projects.

    You are responsible for reviewing new contracts, understanding Statements of Work, and partnering with Implementations leadership to assign the right team members at the right time.

    You will balance the ever-changing landscape of active projects and their scheduled end dates, along with the inbound flow of new customers who have recently signed with Paytronix.


    The kind of stuff you'll be doing:
    Understand project requirements to ensure the right Project Manager, Implementations Consultant, or Specialists are assigned.
    Assign available staff to projects and tasks based on their skills and experience.
    Accurately track the status of each customer and project, and ensure appropriate communications are sent.
    Manage Salesforce and Financial Force data in the form of Project Assignments and Project creation.
    Provide project managers with ongoing resource management and related support.
    Mitigate resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals, or assigning additional staff.
    Report on capacity needs and challenges based on project backlog and resource availability.

    Report on individual and team utilization on a monthly and quarterly basis and recommend process improvements to optimize team utilization.

    Collaborating on resource management with internal departments.
    Documenting processes and maintaining records of pending assignments.
    Communicating effectively and professionally in person, over the phone and through email.

    The kind of experience you'll need:
    Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities
    3 years of experience in a Resource/Project coordination or similar role
    Detail-oriented
    BS or BA degree
    Some Salesforce experience
    Well-honed verbal and written communication skills
    Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications

    The extra stuff that would be nice:
    Experience in managing budgets
    Account management experience with customers
    Salesforce administration experience
    Experience with Certinia (aka Financial Force) or other PSA solution
    Experience in a SaaS environment

    Salary Range: 85-100k
