Description

Machinist Position Available

We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team at a local business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating traditional manual milling machine, lathe, saws, and hand tools
Utilizing CNC Lathes and Mills
Performing constant work-in-progress inspections
Handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Interpreting engineering drawings
Following instructions provided by the machine shop lead man

Requirements:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience operating manual milling machines, lathes, saws, and hand tools
Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings
Strong math skills, including 3D space geometry
Verifiable CNC Training
At least 2 years of on-the-job CNC machining experience
Willingness to attend CNC classes during personal time
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish (beneficial)
Capable of standing for extended periods, with some sitting and bending required
