    Hybrid - 2/3 Days in office

    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage the full lifecycle of federal government prime contracts and subcontracts, from inception to closeout.

    Interpret and apply complex government contracting policies, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS).

    Conduct thorough reviews of contractual terms and conditions, providing strategic analysis and recommendations for negotiations.
    Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Managers to address contract needs and ensure alignment with project objectives.
    Oversee subcontracting and consultant requirements, adhering to company and federal purchasing policies.
    Prepare and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs).
    Maintain accurate contract records and databases, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
    Analyze financial reports and technical documents to ensure contractual compliance and schedule adherence.
    Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
    Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and driving successful outcomes.
    Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other tools to streamline contract administration processes and enhance efficiency

    Preferred
    Qualifications:

    Experience working within a government-approved purchasing system.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar ERP systems.
    NCMA Certified Contracts Management Professional (CPCM) or equivalent certification.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.
    2+ years of federal contract administration experience, with a focus on research and development and production contracts

    Salary and Benefits:
    Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
    Annual bonus eligibility 7%
