    With a history spanning 75 years, the renowned Dunes Golf & Beach Club stands as the leading country club in Myrtle Beach, SC. Boasting picturesque oceanfront views, a dedicated staff, and the world-famous Robert Trent Jones golf course, it offers a sanctuary for members and their guests to relish in belonging to an extraordinary community. The 18-hole golf course consistently ranks among the Top 100 nationwide by major golf media outlets and has hosted prestigious golf tournaments like the PGA Senior Tour and the USGA Women's Open, among others. Additionally, the club features a modern tennis facility with nationally recognized professionals, exclusive pool and beach amenities, an acclaimed culinary team, a stunning oceanfront wedding locale, and a vibrant social calendar catering to individuals of all ages and interests. The Dunes Club prides itself on its diverse amenities and invites you to discover all it has to offer.

    The inaugural Myrtle Beach Classic PGA TOUR event, sponsored by Visit Myrtle Beach, took place from May 9-12, 2024, at the Dunes Golf & Beach Club. Making history as the first PGA TOUR event in Myrtle Beach and the first major professional golf tournament on the Grand Strand in over 24 years.


    ABOUT YOUR CAREER HERE

    The Dunes Golf & Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, SC, is in search of part-time Beach Club Hosts to join its distinguished team. Compensation for Hosts is set at $15.00 per hour, depending on experience. If you have a passion for delivering top-notch service in a welcoming oceanfront setting, this is the place for you. Joining our team entitles you to weekly pay, complimentary shift meals and uniforms, discounts at our pro shops, golf and tennis privileges, employee appreciation events, as well as ongoing career development and certifications.

    Full-time employees receive paid time off (PTO), in addition to access to Medical, Dental, Basic Life/AD&D, and Voluntary Life insurance plans after 90 days of continuous employment. Some non-health benefits are provided to flexible hour employees.

    Employees at the Dunes Golf & Beach Club have the opportunity to participate in a Profit Sharing and 401k Plan, provided they are at least 21 years old, have completed a year of service, and worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in a calendar year. The club matches a section of employee contributions.

    ABOUT THE POSITION

    If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service in an oceanfront setting and aspire to enhance your knowledge in food and beverage, the part-time Beach Club Host role is ideal for you. Our hosts warmly welcome members and guests, fulfill seating requests, escort patrons to their tables, and provide menus with a smile. Ensuring the utmost club experience for members is paramount. Success in this role hinges on teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail. Individuals with a career-driven mindset and a penchant for customer service in the club sector are encouraged to apply without delay.


    QUALIFICATIONS

    To qualify, candidates must be at least 15 years old and possess prior hosting experience. As the Beach Club operates 7 days a week, a range of shifts are available, with most holidays being mandatory.
