- Perform preparation of reagents and controls.
- Perform daily and weekly maintenance of equipment per SOPs (standard operating procedures) and any other applicable documentation.
- Maintain laboratory and equipment clean and functional (On the job training will be provided).
- Perform all tasks related to clinical sample testing (blood, urine), including sample receipt, log-in, sample preparation and testing, recording test results, and disposing of samples.
- Organize stock and maintains inventory; order stock as needed.
- Adhere to existing safety standards and help improve laboratory safety practices whenever possible.
- Provide support to direct and extended R&D team as necessary.

- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Associate Degree- with 3 years' experience.
- 4-year bachelor's degree (Chemistry, Biology, or other STEM related field) with 0-2 years' experience.
- Experience with urine chemistry and/or hematology diagnostic testing and instrumentation preferred.
