    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers, listen to their concerns and document service orders accurately.
    • Review vehicle reports for necessary recalls and verify applicable warranties.
    • Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and review recommended services.
    • Maintain open communication with technicians throughout the repair process to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Provide detailed estimates for mechanical and maintenance repairs.
    • Meet or exceed dealership standards for customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience with Reynolds and Reynolds DMS is a plus but not required.
    • At least one year of service writing experience preferred.
    • Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to sell are essential.
    • Basic knowledge of automotive systems is beneficial but not necessary.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
